Thursday - Build Day #4

Bryan worked in the shop this afternoon and got a lot of great stuff done -i.e. the teller assist unit is complete AND on wheels!

Laura and Bryan got some more bendy boards up, and some stuff cut, and over-all progress on all fronts.

The cubby drawers are more complete - the backs are nailed on to both the drawer and the file drawer. Laura and Emma have done 4 or 5 different experimental attempts to make more attractive “frames” for the drawers.
We’ve taken the tactic of borrowing lonesome team members from other stations to help us skin the walls - which is an interesting process because the bendy board allows for the nails to fly through in the wrong spots.

While Laura and Emma worked in David’s shop, Bryan worked back at the COA shop to cut and shape the acrylic top for the desk and to make the receipt printer, and acrylic for the front of the file cabinet cubby.
